excellent performance and value
Mine's been installed for just about a year now, and I love it. Despite being loaded with lots of heavy stuff, it moves freely and does not sag. I love the clean look of the wire, as opposed to a solid surface. The price on Amazon was about half of what it sells for elsewhere.
Better than plastic
Plusses: won't crack like the plastic models; easy to install; looks very nice and modern
Minuses: tall thin items will not stand well due to the gaps between the coils; mechanics are not heavy duty.
