Lobster splitter

Are there any more five pounders?
I bought this rosewood handled heavy knife thirty-five years ago when I routinely prepared five to eight pound lobsters.

This is a formidable knife. Woody Allen would have had less trouble if he were able to wield it.

I never use it now. It was my knife to halve even a three pound lobster with ease.

The Swiss steel is predictably soft, but the blade bevel has a high attitude, meaning that your crushing force cones to bear along the length of the blade. So cutting salmon or other fish is out of the question.
