Does the job well
This isn't a fancy attachment. It simply keeps things cooler or warmer as you mix them. If you're like me and lack space to freeze your mixer bowl before whipping cream, this is a lifesaver. I also use it when making buttercream icing to keep the butter from melting. It works great and like my can opener attachment, it's stored on my mixer.
